Once again, there have been times when Twilight’s been on her own with Spike staying behind, which is why it wouldn’t go wrong with him staying behind as Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash are the ones who should’ve gone with Twilight to search for the Crystal Heart, as well. Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash are more capable than Spike… and them going with Twilight would also help develop the friendship between them even more and everything, which also would make them become closer friends…

As I pointed out, Spike - whether he’s an outsider or not - can’t determine that if Thorax was telling the truth. He was with a few guards - as they went to search for the changeling - and they left him on his own, just like that… And, as I asked, for what reason? If the others were with him - which they should’ve been - and saw Thorax save Spike, they’d believe him, as well.

It sounds like that you want the ponies to be “poor excuses of warriors,” because that’s what they need to be, if you want Spike to shine at all…

G1 is the reason why G4 exists. The other incarnations - except G2 - had their own shows, as well… The reason why Spike “appeared in more episodes” is because he’s just there to provide comic relief. Once again, he hasn’t been much of use… And the only episode where he got “more focus” than anyone else was Spike’s Search, which was about him being upset over what he is and his problem of controlling his fire breath. At the end, Danny saved the day with the ponies at his side… Also, it’s proves that he and the ponies had a lot in common… In The Ghost of Paradise Estate, for example, Danny and the ponies built traps together, while Spike was just standing there and messed everything up… Danny played bigger roles than Spike… And Danny’s also proven to be unnaturally good at making friends… which is why him being Twilight’s mentor and her closest friend makes most sense, even for other ponies - such as Sunset Shimmer, Starlight Glimmer, and so on - when it comes to friendship… By the way, you said that “it could just be her being nice…” And it sounds like that you don’t want her to like my reply…

Those who want humans in My Little Pony are the ones who should get what they want, which is what the writers should go for, if they want the franchise to be successful… If you have problems with humans in it, “deal with it.”

Saying that someone “needs to die for that take” is the same thing as one person is gonna kill another…
