EDIT: He briefly appears in Molt Down. I had completely forgotten about that. So make that two appearances for Peewee, and only one for poor Philomena.

At least Peewee came back to appear in S8, and had pictures to imply the story of how he moved out in the interim at some point; Philomena had her entire existence forgotten.
Never seen or mentioned again, as if she never was.
