But that isn’t incompatible with patriotism and traditions and a lot of things that are proper to an old kingdom like Equestria. Today a monarchy that defends itself would fit with the description as being a nationalist regime, without any kind of requirement, which would make the difference between a right wing and a left wing government. If you force nationalism through socialism, it’s never a good concept. If you let it grow on the base of your people, your culture and your history, that’s what makes the difference.
