Oh no, Scootabuse is not restricted to beatings only, it involves any way Scootaloo can be hurt. This includes physical, emotional and sexual abuse of Scoots. The things I refer to would be like Dash making hurtful remarks, rough teasing and maybe pawning off chores on Scoots. Things that big brothers/sisters tend to do when their immaturity gets the better of them.

I see. I think Scootabuse still can live, however. After all, being a sister to a jock type like RD can’t always be love and hugs. And given how much “me-time” she likes to have, there are bound to be disagreements… And yet no one seems to exploit this. Since I lack the artistic ability, I can only hope someone comes along and pulls away the rose-tint lens.

Tobeg’s got a lot of screwed up ideas. He also thinks Derpy would be a negligent mother and that Dinky should be taken away from her.
As for Scootabuse/Scootachicken, the chicken jokes don’t bother me too much since most of them are done affectionately, and Scoot’s voice actress enjoys them, so I take that as Scootaloo not minding them.
I actually used to be into Scootabuse since it made for some good drama and helped me like her more, but now that RD has agreed to mentor her, and we’ve seen her home, it just seems unnecessary to keep it around.

Personally I don’t hate Scoots, but I find Scootabuse/chicken jokes very amusing, especially when Gavalanche did it- he knows how to do it right!
That Tobeg fellow, however, does seem to genuinely hate Scoots, seemingly because she is nothing but an obssesive fangirl that will harm Rainbow Dash and deserves to be locked up in a padded cell.

Maybe, but Scootalove gets way more attention and focus so scootabuse is as good as dead. Why anyone would want to hurt that poor kid is beyond me.

Nonsense, scootabuse is still in production (mostly in /mlp/). And some art of it pops up every now and then, and don’t forget the chicken jokes, which are still plenty alive.

considering little kids still watch the show and the fact that the homeless headcanon is abit to dark for the show, she most likely has a loving famil seeing as the orphan headcanon/homeless is to dark.

Actually, in Flight to the Finish, she’s shown to have a room for herself, but who the house belongs to and their relationship with Scootaloo is never made clear.
That said, I miss the old Scootabuse fad. Now there’s Scootalove. What fun is that. If I wanted my fix of adorable I’d just go looking around for Sweetie Belle, now that’s the best filly.

This is messed up, as a kid I once had to do the same, take selter in a cardboard box during rain because I had nowhere to go. Poor Scootaloo :( I would take her home and care for her.
