late reply is late, but charge did have an effect, albeit one that was hard to notice. swirling winds surrounded the s hands/hooves, with leaves caught up in the gales.
Hmm I think Rainbow would be charge flying through the sky really fast and punching your enemy square in the face but I guess this is better as charge doesn’t have any effects on the hands or hooves in this case
