My instinct told me that odd refers to a number ending in 1,3,5,7 and 9. Which is what 15 is. Although to be fair 15 isn’t as interesting :P

“Odd” as in “not ending in a 0 or 5.” For instance, did you know that there’s a residental street in Senath, Missouri that has a posted speed limit of 33mi/hr?
