Personally, I would’ve replaced Sudowoodo with either Tropius or Trevenant (preferably with the Harvest ability) seeing as they’re both actual trees rather than a tree-shaped rock (people always seem to forget Sudowoodo is actually a Rock-type).

In-game? You can’t, short of the Game Shark as mentioned below. In-universe, using dirty tricks and not fighting fairly, though the definition of that appears to vary wildly.
Tropius is too tropical and Trevenant is too evil.
Miltank
A decent sweeper.
A rather mediocre Pokemon.
A good Poison type.
And a Stealth Rock .
Not the best but not the worst, like Applejack herself.
