No, not exactly the same. There’s no scientific method there, and the entire morality is about disparaging critical thinking and embracing superstition.
So… Twilight actually figuring out how Pinkie sense works would be like us discovering the Unified Field Theory (as coined by Einstein, at the very least).

QM and Einsteinian relativity aren’t exactly contradictory, anymore than relativity and Newtonian mechanics. It’s just that each is a more generalised form that applies in more situations. Newtonian mechanics is a good approximation at low speeds and high masses, Einsteinian relativity also applies at higher speeds, and Quantum Mechanics applies at even higher speeds and even at tiny masses. That’ll probably be found to be a special case of something else - like Quantum Gravity, or String Theory, or M-Theory, or Quantum Chromodynamics. We’re just working gradually towards a generalised GUT, and each step is more general and more correct than the last. :)
Yes, that is one aspect of Quantum Mechanics (although we all know that since this is Pinkie Pie, she’d definitely be partying in that box ;D)

All it takes is a quantum theory of gravity. Then at least we’d be able to reconcile all four fundamental forces.
