Interlinked male signs is generally a sign of for gay sex/relationships. This is a male and a female sign interlinked, so it’s obviously someone talented at being NOT homosexual.
Now if it were one circle with a cross AND an arrow, that’s the sign for a hermaphrodite, if I right. There’s also an arrow that’s crossed and a cross, arrow, and crossed arrow all on one circle… and I can’t keep any of these things straight. The ones that all have just one circle, that is. The symbol above is clearly referencing heterosexual relationships.
From the involved story, it’s actually a changeling that identifies as a griffon that somehow got a cutie mark.
