Note: I am using the word “garbage” in another way, changing the meaning it’s known for world-wide to my own personal idea of what it should mean instead, where it’s a good thing. This is a logically sound idea.
This is why this is tagged with gay pride, this is why everyone will see this as ing gay pride above all else. You can’t just change something like that. You have to work WITH language and culture, not against it.
Then there’s the fact that a sexual orientation which is something you are, or aren’t, is NOTHING like… whatever this is! What even is Derpy Pride? I get the feeling you’re just trying to fight the Muffins name, and are dragging anything you can down with you with this pathetic attempt. Which is all the more sad given that her name is already canonically Derpy and always will be. You shame (and confuse) us all with this parody of real pride.
I don’t know how many people do you know, but there is a feeling like “I want to be the friend of this guy”. That’s just clear friendship. That means you want to be part of the clan, not the person itself. This is in the genetics. And if that guy have a sister, then you … find her. :D

If it is not obvious and it is teachable to be gay, then all of the homophobe worries are real.
Just push the kids to marry the first friend who they meet and they will do it, because that is not obvious and that is their firs experience what they learn.
Seems like the gays are gays because they don’t know others just that one same gender person. Like a social trap without choices or in this case it can be a self-conscious choice through a fetish. Then the homophobia is keeping the things straight and runing the life.

I don’t suppose you’ve heard of the Kinsey scale? Hardly anyone is exclusively straight or gay but bisexual leaning toward one sexuality or the other.
