Don’t worry. He’ll calm down when he gets his two Rarity episodes in September. He’ll be alright. While I’m not a big fan of Rarity, I understand that she needs some love as well. Applejack as well. I will it that he got too aggressive over the Luna stuff though. Just ignore him.

I’m not claiming you should be happy about not seeing things that you’d prefer, just that you shouldn’t be getting “pissy”, saying things like cancer is worse than your suffering, or taking it out on other people. You’re free to be disappointed all you want, but it’s not healthy to get so angry over a show not conforming to your hopes.

And again, I feel like you’re missing the point. I don’t really care if somebody else likes what the first half of the season had to offer and Luna and background ponies and all that jazz. Why should I kid myself and act happy with something I didn’t care about, though?
If you’re going to try and call me entitled and shit just because I’m unhappy about the first half of the season focusing on stuff I didn’t care about, even though I’m acknowledging that there’s people who did enjoy it and that I’m not telling them they’re wrong for doing so, then why should I act happy with something I’m unhappy with? If I’m going to do that, I at least want a good reason to do so.

Then you’re pretty entitled and picky. The show has never claimed that it will equally feature every character, or even every main character, nor does it have an obligation to. What about people who enjoy Celestia, or any number of characters that get less focus than the ones you enjoy? I’ve never seen them “get pissy” over it.
