Hasn’t happened recently that I’m aware of– a 12 year old was charged with Murder for killing his 10 year old brother a few months ago, though– but I’d imagine prosecutors would have Junior Killsalot forcibly remanded to state custody for whatever excuse they could get a judge to sign off on until he was old enough to be committed to a mental institution for “observation”.
Realistically, a pint-sized perpetrator probably wouldn’t make it to the nearest jail alive if they failed a paper bag test, and if they ed it their fate would almost certainly be determined by how much money their parents could afford to spend on lawyers.

You know, that’s always kinda bugged me. After all the drama over Starlight (and, to a lesser degree, Sunset) allegedly getting off too easy, nobody seems to mind that Tempest isn’t held at all able for her actions, not even the ones who still have a grudge against Starlight.
If you can make an argument without a terrible “captain obvious” taggable image, then go ahead. And you know, maybe without relying on fake photos and ignorance to what’s really going on, the history of it, and the worse alternatives. There are no American politicians bringing children into the country for the sake of separating them from their parents. This is a choice being made by the parents of these children. Parents who see America, the country that has pulled out of the UN Human Rights among other things, and think “Yes I’m gonna go there at any cost.”
Maybe we ought to be blaming the people who are comitting the crimes? Or is that too crazy of an idea.
I don’t think Texas state law would necessarily apply in Magic Horse World.
Also, given how vague the show is about ages, you really so sure she’s under 10?

What does Texas when a child murders another?
Children under the age of 10 cannot be held criminally liable under Texas state law anyway.
It’s wrong to put children in cages unless they did something they could be tried as an adult for. :P

Nah, life is more of a maze.
Little by little?!
But I want it NOW!

I’m not arguing about Trump in another image comment thread
Nope, learned my lesson the last few fucking times
Hmmm…
Nah, easier to blame the people who think caging children who had no decision of their own and then proceeding to drug them is a good idea.

Injecting the CMC with drugs.
Which is what legit is happening.
Mouthpiece definitely doesn’t apply to this image.
politics and (pathetically) ‘drama bait’ do.
Hilarious that this was briefly tagged ‘op is a partisan hack’ though.
As if the suffering of children is a partisan issue.
Guess what? I don’t give a fuck who is doing this shit to immigrant kids.
I JUST WANT THEM TO STOP.

Of course a lot of the stories are mostly depressing…for now. It’s all of our jobs to make it better little by little.
