All four gas planets have rings, Saturn’s are just the most prominent. The rings of Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune are so faint and thin that closeup photography was needed to discover them.
Here’s a thought, if Saturn exists in the pony universe, I think we can assume heliocentrism also exists. Does Celestia also control the revolution of the planets around the sun?

Not ours, but their own version of ours. Or “Saturn” is just easy shorthand for a planet with rings.
