“Kid Icarus Uprising” is definitely a game that deserves a remake. It was very underrated and it’s touchscreen control could be better with dual analogue sticks.

Sakurai really modernized the Kid Icarus, yet Nintendo has ignored it ever since…

I assume it’ll look roughly the same, just more realistic.

I saw a Japanese game streamer playing SF64 for the first time (via NSO) and actually got emotional during the escape scene in the hard route venom after beating Andross’s true form.

It’s interesting that old games with a simple story can still make gamers more emotional than most modern games that are 70% cinematic scenes.
