It was the one of another stallion back then (Starlight’s Dad), but if he wears the Fluttershy’s skinsuit (or similar), combined with Starligh’s mindwipe, a rejuvenation/size_reduction spell & a hypnotic suggestion; “she” would believe to be a girl.
The real question is if they could move the skinsuit wings (in that case, sould also feel the vulva and vagina).
-> I do not think they will have any skinsuit of young fillies in kindergarden age with no cutiemarks (not because moral restrictions, but rather to avoid early obsolescence if they do get one).

. Mass Production is currently limited by licensing (only a few companies can use it in that way for the next 25-30 years), so there is not enough material to make ALL new apparel from it; but for THOSE special parts Rarity has took the effort to ensure all of her friends are “covered” properly.
-> The actual reason was its near-perfect heat transfer & hydrophobic properties (the elastic indestructibility is just a plus).

I love the design of this advanced arcane spacesuit for a pegasus (no point on letting the wings out, since there is no air); replacing the dubious dexterity of the “finger feathers” with a limited form of telekinesis.
I just realized that this is a “hazmat suit” with no oxygen tank.
The black circles at the side of the helmet must be the replaceable “activated carbon filters” [blocking all bacteria/viruses & neutralizing particulate toxins suspended in the air].
