It’s not because I don’t want to say bad words. I just don’t know what is the appropriate translation. Like most other words in this category, it has no real meaning and just serves a purpose of humiliation. It can be translated into any swearing.  
Well, the word originally means ‘the handicapped’, so you get the idea.
