Actually this is a rare case where I just tried to sketch something without idea and created this^^
So just one more random idea)
P.s. Reading comments I saw that a lot of people don't understand what "Quack" means at here...
I used "Quack" as an imitation of absolutely meaningless dialogue.
Also what about "All colts is Goats!" - this phrase haven't literally meaning of course. She talking about males.
Honestly I even don't know how to explane wha this means... so I will say that this is just a joke for ones who undestand^^```
I think "All males are jackasses" or "All males are assholes" will be the most accurate translation of the Russian female idiom used by the author.
