I’m going with this; twice is just a coincidence– and it’s not like tribe-based animation errors are unprecedented– but if another one shows up in the next Rainbow Colored Machina Ex Deus episode, that will pretty much be Effin’ With The Fanboys: CONFIRMED.

Well, Rarity had wings, and kept her horn. True, they were breezie wings, but it might still count.
Actually the wings are there for only a few frames, and they come back when Rarity is doing the same pose again.
That’s where regular alicorns come from.
Celly and Luna are like super-alicorns or something.
