So you got three minutes to KO any guards, cut her down, and you may need to use R to get her breathing again. Expect a lot of side effects from the experience (confusion, lack of coordination, difficulty moving, lasting minutes to weeks before a complete recovery), with the longer you take to rescue her, the longer the effects will last and the worse they’ll be. Go!

I would think there would be rules against “interpretations” like this to keep all contest entries appropriate for all ages because I am sure this does not appeal to everyone on that little deviantart group

I just took the HANGING part literally, as a sort of pun. And I kinda dislike RD, so that’s where that comes from.
