Here’s an example of mine that just happened recently:
 
I’m not allowed to into any of my s in DeviantArt ever again. Since because it’s no use trying to get back in many times and wait for any of my s to reactivate, I’m just gonna have to give up. I’m not trusted anymore, and I can’t get an another chance. I know it’s really mean and cruel, but I can’t fight it. My profiles will be completely wiped out. I’m sorry, guys. I’m forever banned from DA just because of a mistake I made.

are you sure you are banned? try deleting your cookies in your browser or something.

I did, but I wasn’t informed about the cookies in DA.

Deviantart keeps banning me with a vague reason as spammer. What does that even mean? What am I doing that’s a spammer? They won’t tell me how I am a spammer. How can I stop whatever it is I am doing wrong if they don’t tell me? I can’t fix something if no one gives me a warning on what it is. So how am I a spammer?

do you comment multiple things within the span of one hour? I got a spam trigger with doing a bunch of comments in an hour

Well I did comment on several different fanarts and followed several people in a row. You think that may of triggered the system into thinking I was a spammer? This is the fifth or so of mine that got banned for being a spammer.

No not too much in an hour. I don’t do that.

Now I submitted a new request for not getting a second chance because I’m getting sick and tired of those jerky s keeping on rejecting and ignoring me every time I apologize and made my same promise over and over and over.

I put my Forum Signature in, but older posts/comments don’t have it.

it only disappeared after clearing cache and cookies, again, wtf deviantart
