For English speakers - there’s a joke involved with what Littlepip did in Arba.
The words arbuz (watermelon) and Arba (THAT settlement from Fo:E) has the same core in russian.
So basically the sentence can be translated as “Watermelons are cut standing up, son” with brackets and “Arba are massacring committed standing up, son” without them
Although I may be mistaken about the correctness of the translation, which means a massacre in Arba. I hope someone more skilled will correct me with that
