The front pony represents black mold. The blue unicorn is based of the structure of penicillin and how it tends to spread out on the top. The green ponies are more generic green and yellow fungal mold referenced from some microscopic photos (couldn’t get the name of em). The pink unicorn is just your regular run-of-the-mill pony. I love me some fungus, got really into mycology a few years back. I gotta start growing some fungi again soon.
