The joke is that you see the name “Sneed’s Feed and Seed” and think that the business was named as such because it rhymed with the owner’s name, but then you see that it actually used to belong to Chuck, so the fact that it was later acquired by Sneed is merely an amusing coincidence.
Alternatively, you could think the joke is that under the former owner Chuck, the original name of the business was “Chuck’s Fuck and Suck” to fit the rhyme scheme. This makes little sense, as Sneed would have had to change everything about the store’s inventory, marketing, and management. There would be little purpose in buying out Chuck in the first place as their two businesses would not be in direct competition, and such an enormous overhaul would negate both brand recognition and any possible cost efficiency.
