There used to be an animated version of this comic.

It’d be nice were there confirmation of this. It doesn’t look much like her to me and those characters have appeared in multiple episodes, but it’s obviously supposed to be somepony specific and knowing she’s a fan of FiM an intentional ref is plausible.
